How to Track Emails Sent by Your Forms
By default, neither Joomla nor Convert Forms logs or stores the emails sent through your forms. This means that once an email is sent, there’s no built-in way to track or review its contents.
If you need to keep a record of all emails sent by your forms, we recommend using the JMail Log extension by Web357. This extension integrates with Convert Forms, allowing you to monitor and review emails sent via your forms or re-send failing emails.
Why Use JMail Log?
The JMail Log extension offers powerful email logging and debugging features, such as:
- Tracking all outgoing emails sent by Convert Forms.
- Viewing email delivery status and troubleshooting issues.
- Keeping a history of sent emails for auditing purposes.
Setting Up JMail Log with Convert Forms
- Install the JMail Log extension on your Joomla website.
- Once installed, it will automatically start logging all emails sent by Convert Forms.
- Access the email logs via the JMail Log interface to view detailed information about each email, such as the recipient, subject, and status.
