How to find your Organization ID

Your Salesforce Organization ID is required in order to sync submissions to your Salesforce organization. Furthermore, the organization ID of your production environment is different from your sandbox. If you need to sync submissions to a sandbox Organization ID, you must update your campaign with the sandbox Organization ID.

Below you can find the steps to find your organization ID:

  1. Log into the organization.
  2. Click on the gear icon found on the top right of the page, and select Setup.
  3. In the search box on the left-hand side, type in "company", and select Company Information from the results.
  4. Under the Organization Detail section, find the Salesforce.com Organization ID entry. This is your organization ID.

3. Form Fields

For a Convert Form to successfully store lead data to your Salesforce account it needs to have it's field keys properly set-up according to Saleforce. Below you can see a list of some of the availiable Salesforce field IDs:
  • email
  • first_name
  • last_name
  • title
  • company
  • street

4. Custom Fields

If the availiable Salesforce Web-to-Lead are not enough for your needs you can always create your own custom fields to store any information you might require from your users. To do that you have to login to your Saleforce account and then navigate to 'Setup->Objects Manager->Lead->Fields and Relation'. Click on the 'New' button and follow the instructions to create your new field. Make a note of the 'Field API Name' you entered as you will need it later.
